Uncoiler UAD / UBD / UCD series can suit for 1 ~ 5 tons coil weight, coil width range from 300 ~ 1600 mm. It can match with straightener and feeder as feeding line.
The advantage of the double head uncoiler is reducing the material preparation time and increase the productivity. The steel coil (coil) is safety hang on the mandrel shift and the mandrel shaft us expanded. After the production of one coil of steel coil is completed, the reserve coil on the other end of the mandrel shaft can be produced after the material rack is rotated.
UAD double head uncoiler, the width of coil range is from 300 to 400 mm, the max. coil weight up to 3 ton, operation by manually.
UBD double head uncoiler, the width of coil range is from 300 to 600 mm, the max. coil weight up to 3 ton.
UCD double head uncoiler is general type. Coil width from 300 to 1600mm, and the width is large range, wide application of material specifications, high availability. The max. coil weight up to 5 tons. The inner and outer diameter can be changed according to the specification of material and the high-speed feeding can be carried out in accordance with the production capacity.
Humanized operation touch display, optional equipment including AC motor, inverter, hydraulic mandrel expansion, air operated hold down arm...etc. Optimize production efficiency and good operating performance.
