Shungdar - 2 in 1 uncoiler & straightener LVJ series which the coil thickness from 2.0 ~ 8.0mm and the range of width is 300 ~ 1300 mm and coil weight is for 3 ~ 5tons. High-strength welding mechanism and driven by powerful output. The finished products are used in rack punching, break disc, office equipment…etc.
2 in 1 model is made by uncoiler and straightener, the overall structure is compact, shortening the factory of the area. It is necessary to reserve a length of the looping table, and the NC servo roller feeder is used to enter the pressing machine for stamping operation.
The mandrel expansion of LVJ series is operate by hydraulic, coil O.D up to 1500mm, Hydraulic hold down arm with motorized wheel for strongly holding the coil. Uncoiler of LVJ is driven by hydraulic motor to assist the front of coil feeding to straightener.
For the thick plate material, it will add the debender at the edge of the straightener which effectively breaks the material stress to enter the straightening machine smoothly; the straightener roll can adjust the roller gap through the manual worm roll with digital display. The straightener motor is operating by AC motor and the inverter for speed adjustment.
