2 in 1 model is made by uncoiler and straightener, the overall structure is compact, shortening the floor space of the plant. It is necessary to reserve a length of the looping area, and the NC servo roller feeder is used to enter the pressing machine for stamping operation.
The mandrel expansion of LV4 / LV6 series uncoiler is operate by manually and the hydraulic is an option, coil O.D up to 1200mm, door type hold down arm for cutting coil head enter the straightening machine, and the coil car which can option can save times by operating the manual control box.
The hold down arm will add up for thickness plate to break the material pressure into the straightener smoothly. Straightener motor is driven by AC motor and the inverter for speed adjustment.
